The Siemon Company is looking for a talented sales professional to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for increasing Siemon market share through driving end user sales activity and fostering relationships with important channel partners within your region. This is a non-management position, working out of a home office.



Our sales professionals qualify for a quarterly sales incentive bonus program, car allowance, laptop computer allowance, cell phone reimbursement and comprehensive benefit package.



Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), a minimum of 2 years of success in the achievement of sales objectives in a telecommunications or networking industry, a demonstrated ability to develop plans, establish priorities and organize activities to optimize sales growth, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
