We are seeking a strategic and creative B2B Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.  Based preferably in Hyderabad, India, this role is ideal for a self-starter, passionate about driving creative marketing to deepen customer engagement and support growth in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for spearheading marketing across India, Middle East and African (IMEA) region, managing the planning, design and execution of dynamic multi-channel marketing initiatives – digital, campaign, social, event and channel marketing – to drive our brand, demand and enablement objectives. The role is hands-on and involves close collaboration with sales to support revenue growth across the region.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Management of the annual marketing planning process, in alignment with the business, marketing and sales strategic direction and in support of key success metrics
- Contribute to and spearhead the implementation of the Siemon brand strategy across the region
- Responsibility for the execution of the Siemon campaign strategy, ensuring timely localization, implementation and communication to support brand, demand and enablement goals
- Management of all in-region event marketing (trade shows, seminars, hospitality and webinars), to include planning, promotion, logistics and follow-up
- Responsibility for the IMEA region’s social media channels & PR outreach leveraging both corporate and in-region content to drive brand awareness
- Overall management of the in-region channel marketing (co-op) program, driving the annual planning and execution of agreed channel plans
- Timely support for the in-region bid process
- Management of the marketing budget, to agreed execution plan
- Ad-hoc day-to-day administration to include samples process, database strategy, amongst others
- Liaison with global marketing and cross functional teams – sales, product management and technical support – to ensure aligned marketing efforts
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in the networking industry
- Hands-on experience in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platform and Canva advantageous
- Ability to work independently, highly execution focused and a hands-on approach
- Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
