Marketing Executive (12 month assignment)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative B2B Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Based preferably in Sydney, Australia, this is a 12-month contract position (maternity cover) and is ideal position for a self-starter, passionate about driving creative marketing in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives via digital, social, event, channel – to drive our brand, demand and enablement objectives across the region. The role also involves close collaboration with external sales and channel sales management teams to support revenue growth across the region.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the APAC 2026 marketing plan, in alignment with the sales and marketing strategic direction.
  • Spearhead the implementation of the Siemon brand strategy (identity and messaging) across the region.
  • Responsibility for the execution of the Siemon campaign strategy, ensuring timely localization, implementation and communication to support brand, demand and enablement.
  • Coordination of all in-region event marketing (trade shows, seminars, hospitality and webinars), to include planning, promotion, logistics and follow-up).
  • Responsibility for the APAC social media channel leveraging both corporate and in-region content.
  • Coordination of the in-region channel marketing (co-op) program, supporting the planning and execution of agreed channel plans.
  • Support the administration of marketing expenses.
  • Liaison with global marketing and regional sales team members, to ensure aligned marketing efforts.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Canva and marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
