Global Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager

Position Summary:

The Global Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the company’s global logistics operations and owning trade compliance and tariff management across all operating regions. This role ensures the timely, cost‑effective, and compliant movement of goods while minimizing tariff exposure and regulatory risk. The position serves as the company’s primary subject matter authority on global logistics execution, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of global logistics experience in a high‑mix environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HTS classification, country‑of‑origin determination, and tariff management and mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations and Incoterms.
  • Experience managing customs brokers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Oracle or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Ability to develop governance systems and training that ensure consistent logistics and trade compliance best practices, systems and policy deployment, companywide.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience establishing new logistics centers or expanding global logistics and 3PL capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.
