AI Developer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on AI Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform business requirements into practical solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Agent Development
• Build, configure, test, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop conversational experiences, prompts, instructions, knowledge sources, and actions.
• Configure integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, APIs, and business applications.
• Test and refine agent behavior to improve accuracy, usability, and business value.
• Deploy, support, and continuously improve AI agents across business functions.
Automation Development
• Design and build Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, and workflow solutions.
• Develop automations supporting business processes, notifications, document generation, data movement, and approvals.
• Create reusable automation components and templates.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, retries, and support processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in development and production environments.
Integration & Data Connectivity
• Build and support integrations between Microsoft technologies and enterprise systems.
• Work with APIs, connectors, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, ERP systems, and other business applications.
• Transform, validate, and route data between systems.
• Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure secure and reliable integrations.
Business Collaboration
• Partner with business analysts, process owners, and subject matter experts to understand requirements and objectives.
• Participate in discovery sessions, process reviews, and solution design discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and automation solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and solution adoption activities.
Testing, Documentation & Support
• Test solutions thoroughly before deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials.
• Follow established architecture standards, governance requirements, security policies, and development best practices.
• Support production solutions and participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, reliable, secure, and well documented.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and automation technologies.
• Research new features and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Participate in proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with team members.
Required Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of experience in application development, automation development, business systems, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Experience designing prompts, instructions, and conversational AI experiences.
• Experience building integrations using APIs and connectors.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, REST APIs, and JSON data structures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Power Apps.
• Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise business systems.
• Familiarity with Azure services and Azure AI technologies.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
