Corning Optical Communications LLC (“Corning”) and The Siemon Company (“Siemon”) have reached an agreement relating to Siemon LightStack^® products and Corning patents related to high-density optical hardware and equipment. Siemon is able to offer customers Siemon’s LightStack^® products according to the specific terms of the agreement, which are confidential.
