Position Purpose<\/em><\/strong>
\nLead the Supply and Demand Planning organization by developing the people, processes, systems, and performance measures necessary to achieve world-class planning results. Drive continuous improvement in inventory performance, material availability, service levels, forecast accuracy and operating margin through effective planning practices and use of Oracle ASCP and related planning tools. Develop planning leadership capability, establish planning best practices, and partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to improve business processes, planning system effectiveness, and organizational performance.
\nQualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/em>
\nEssential<\/em>
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, math, engineering or related field.
\n\u2022 7+ years\u2019 experience in supply chain planning, materials management, demand planning, inventory management, or related disciplines, including leadership responsibility.
\n\u2022 Proficiency with ERP\/MRP, query tools, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled business tools.
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of planning systems, planning parameters, and the relationship between master data, system configuration, and planning outcomes.
\n\u2022 Understanding of supply chain concepts, lean manufacturing, inventory management and production systems
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills with ability to work with international teams.
\n\u2022 Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams, set priorities and drive results.<\/p>\n

Preferred<\/em>
\n\u2022 Experience in a manufacturing environment
\n\u2022 Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle ASCP, including planning parameters, sourcing rules, lead times, item attributes, master-data dependencies, and reporting tools such as Oracle Analytics.
\n\u2022 APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
\nSkills<\/em><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Strong analytical, business and leadership capabilities.
\n\u2022 Strong functional skills in Oracle ASCP, planning system setups, automation, including the ability to identify configuration or master-data issues affecting planning results.
\n\u2022 Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly for analysis, scenario development, reporting, and process improvement, with appropriate validation, data security, and governance.
\n\u2022 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across teams.
\n\u2022 Advanced verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to management.

\nSpecific Responsibilities<\/em><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Own the performance management framework, including KPI definitions, targets, reporting mechanisms, governance process and performance review cadence. Ensure planning performance is measured consistently and effectively across the organization.
\n\u2022 Own planning performance outcomes and drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and bias, inventory health, span, material availability, planning adherence, and on-time performance. Lead corrective actions and drive internal accountability.
\n\u2022 Establish planning standards, policies, and best practices across the demand and supply\/material planning functions. Hold the team accountable for training, process adherence, execution quality, and continuous improvement, using KPI performance and process assessments to measure effectiveness.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement supply chain strategies that deliver optimized cost and service levels.
\n\u2022 Lead the development and effective use of Oracle, Oracle ASCP, planning configurations, analytics, and user training to improve planning quality, productivity, and business performance.
\n\u2022 Lead and develop the Demand Planning and Material Planning organizations, ensuring effective execution, growth of capabilities, succession planning, accountability, and alignment to business objectives.
\n\u2022 Ensure effective demand planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and governance practices are in place to deliver accurate and actionable forecasts.
\n\u2022 Directly support customer critical expedites and supply problems when needed.
\n\u2022 Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, evaluate scenarios, automate routine analysis, make fact-based decisions, and reduce environmental impact.
\n\u2022 Automate internal processes to reduce opportunities for error, support scalable growth, and more consistently apply best practices.
\n\u2022 Increase knowledge and awareness of planning team on how planning decisions drive operational performance.
