Siemon fully embraces corporate, social and environmental responsibility and is fully committed to compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance Code Of Conduct (“Code”). We regard compliance as a total supply chain initiative that requires our suppliers to acknowledge and implement the Code. We encourage all employees to recognize those responsibilities and to always behave in a responsible manner. We actively pursue initiatives that support our diverse workforce, enhance and protect our environment, and strengthen our communities. We seek to lead by example and continually improve. Siemon is committed to protecting and preserving our environment through continual improvement in the design and manufacture of high quality products. Siemon’s Environmental Management System ensures compliance to applicable laws, regulations, permits, pollution prevention practices and policies in the selection, use, and disposal of all materials used in the office and production processes. Siemon establishes on-going environmental objectives and targets to continue waste minimization efforts in all aspects of our business.
Siemon practices social responsibility by contributing both funds and employee time to national and local charities and organizations. Employees are actively encouraged to volunteer.
Health and Safety
Siemon is committed to promoting the safety of its employees and will allocate the financial, technical, and managerial resources necessary to meet this goal through effective safety and health plans that result in the following
