As our society faces substantial challenges with the growing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, The Siemon Company remains committed to serving our customers, partners and communities. Amid uncertainty, it’s never been more critical to remain connected with one another, even as we practice social distancing and heightened personal hygiene. It’s critical we keep each other healthy and safe during these uncertain times. At the Siemon Company, we aim to be completely transparent with you regarding the latest news on Siemon operations and safety precautions through regular updates.

As of Wednesday, March 25th, 2020, Siemon manufacturing and logistics locations in the Americas, Asia and Europe are operational, and our warehouse and transportation teams have the tools necessary to safely continue deliveries to you. Siemon Company operations fall within current U.S. Government guidance as an “essential critical infrastructure workforce.” Our team is dedicated to continuing to provide much-needed products and services to organizations specializing in: healthcare/public health, public safety/first responders, food/agriculture, energy, public works, transportation/logistics and communications/information technology, and many more. We have asked all Siemon office employees to work from home and they are fully equipped to support you remotely. If you have questions, please contact your Siemon Sales or Customer Service team.

In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization guidelines, we have taken extra precautions in our facilities to keep our employees, customers and partners safe. All Siemon employees have been trained to practice effective hygiene and social distancing. Those who can work from home are working from home. Voice, text, and video conferencing have proven to be an effective replacement for face-to-face meetings, and our employees working from home are equipped with the technology to communicate with you both quickly and effectively.

As always, our dedicated workforce is willing and ready to overcome any challenges to ensure your needs are met. We will continue to keep you updated regarding Siemon operations.
