The SIS Key Account CSR is responsible for working closely with the SIS Sales Team to support all levels of customer related activities.

The individual will provide customers with advanced levels of service by being the point of contact for assigned accounts and working closely with Sales, Product Management and CSRs to coordinate and prioritize tasks and follow through to completion.

This position requires extraordinary engagement and communication to meet customers’ needs and resourcefully resolves issues through proactive communication and coordination with various internal resources that are appropriate to ensure all issues and expectations are timely met.  This requires an advanced knowledge of all customer service functions and ability to navigate internal processes, procedures and attain the appropriate assistance from other department resources including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Logistics.

 

This position also includes skillfully and effectively handling quote and order processing and maintenance including expedites, billing and logistics resolution in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Encourages an environment of premium, professional performance and support in problem resolution and accountability.

  • AS/ABA in Marketing or Sales, BS/BA preferred
  • Minimum 4 years in sales or customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to service and drive solutions for customers in support of the sales function and with the coordination of other internal functions/departments.
  • Exceptional people and project management skills with a track record of delivering effective results on time and on-budget
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, phone presence and exudes a professional image - receptive to constructive feedback
  • Strong team player who can build strong relationships within all levels of the organization
