Proactive outreach, brand promotion and positioning of products as well as services to target accounts including end users, system integrators/consultants, complementary manufacturers, distributors and/or installers through prospecting (outbound phone calls, emails, social media, etc.) identified by data mining/market basket analysis and Balanced Business Plan alignment. Collaborate with Channel Coordinator to identify strategic opportunities to improve stock position on day to day products with distributors aligned with strategic growth initiatives. Work directly with these distribution partners to address and correct inventory gaps.
  • Undergraduate four-year degree preferred or equivalent two years Inside Sales experience
  • Willingness to grow within the inside sales role with goal for advancement into Outside Sales
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • IT product/system knowledge and structured cabling knowledge a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills required
  • Ability to set priorities, be well-organized, self-motivated, detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficient in using Social media tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
