Main Aspect of Job

To coordinate the tactical aspects of Global Project Services (GPS) installations while assisting in the positioning of our value-added project coordination services to end users and resellers.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Educated to A level or equivalent.
  • One year’s experience focused on customer service.
  • A proven track record effectively coordinating multiple projects in a change-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively deal with customer problems and concerns as they develop.

    Preferred

    • Knowledge of Siemon Cabling System products and programmes.
    • Ability to read technical drawings.
    • Experience working for a low voltage installation company in operations or estimating.

      Skills

  • Fluent spoken and written Russian in addition to English.
  • Strong interpersonal, interaction and teamwork skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate user of Excel and Word.

  • Ability to travel and work an extended schedule on an as needed basis.

Specific Responsibilities

1.    Coordinate with Siemon Certified Installers via implementation of quotes for Siemon GPS controlled installations, ensuring gross profit margins are maximized.

2.    Assist in the gathering of national and international labour pricing models for the established sales regions.

  1. Effectively maintain and update a project-tracking database.
  2. Coordinate resource management, both internal and external, for the worldwide sales force on global project roll outs.
  3. Provide continual assistance for all direct projects throughout the project life cycle.
  4. Actively maintain effective communication with members of Sales, Program Support Services, Customer Service, Technical Support and other key units within the company to obtain proper assistance on projects.
