The XGLO cabling solution exceeds all ANSI/TIA/EIA and ISO/IEC insertion loss and return loss requirements and is guaranteed to meet IEEE 802.3ae 10 Gigabit Ethernet requirements as well as IEC-60793-2-10 and TIA-492AAAC specifications for laser bandwidth Differential Mode Delay (DMD) specifications.

MULTIMODE: XGLO™ Fiber Optic Cabling Systems
Siemon’s XGLO 50 micron laser-optimized optical fiber cable is perfectly suited for the support of the 10GBASE-SX application at all horizontal work stations, riser, and short length backbone (< 300 m) locations. XGLO multimode cables are constructed from optical fibers that are characterized for overfilled launch (OFL) and restricted mode launch (RML) bandwidth to ensure full compatibility with both LED and laser light sources. Siemon’s optical fibers exhibit virtually zero differential mode delay (DMD) at the core so that mode conditioning launch cords are not required to support VCSEL applications such as Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
SINGLEMODE: XGLO™ Fiber Optic Cabling Systems
Siemon’s XGLO singlemode optical fiber cable is perfectly suited for the support of extended distance 10 Gigabit Ethernet (> 550m) applications as well as emerging applications, such as 40 Gb/s Synchronous Optical Network (SONET), that will operate at speeds beyond 10Gb/s. XGLO singlemode cables are constructed from optical fibers that exhibit low and stable insertion loss performance over the entire operating range (including the 1400 nm "water peak" band) to ensure compatibility with coarse wavelength (CWDM) and dense wavelength (DWDM) applications.
XGLO™ Jumpers and Pigtails
For robust 10 Gigabit Ethernet transmissions, Siemon XGLO jumpers and pigtails are color coded per ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.3 and exceed TIA/EIA and ISO/IEC requirements. XGLO jumpers and pigtails are available for singlemode and multimode assemblies.

Available in MT-RJ, LC, SC and ST configurations for LightSystem and XGLO fiber optic cabling systems, fiber bezels are for use with FOB2 fiber outlet boxes. These universal adapters support both singlemode and multimode connections.
Fiber Connect Panel (FCP3)
Siemon FCP3-DWR and FCP3-RACK fiber connect panels accept Siemon’s Quick-Pack adapter plates to connect, manage and protect up to 72 fiber optic cables within one Rack Mount Space (RMS) on a 19 inch rack; includes front and rear fiber clips, label holder, and up to 3 optional splice trays.
Fiber Outlet Box (FOB2)
Manage fiber optic cabling at the work area with Siemon’s low-profile, easy access fiber outlet box (FOB2), with connection points that utilize slide-in bezels for up to 12 fibers or coaxial connectors; accommodate up to six MAX modules or two CT couplers.
Flat Quick-Pack™ Adapter Plates
Siemon’s universal singlemode and multimode SC and ST adapter plates provide single-finger access to fiber even in fully populated enclosures.
LC Field-Installable Connectors
Compatible with Siemon’s popular MAX, CT, FOB, and SM work area and telecommunications room products, LC adapter products offer all the benefits of SC and ST connections in a Small Form Factor, high-density design.
XGLO® and LightSystem® Fiber Trunking Cable Assemblies
Factory terminated and tested for premium performance, Siemon’s LightSystem and XGLO fiber optic cabling assemblies are designed for applications in Local Area Networks (LAN), Data Centers and Storage Area Networks (SAN). These fiber trunking cable assemblies provide an efficient and cost effective alternative to individual field-terminated components.
Plug And Play Fiber Optic Cabling Products

Plug And Play Reel and Extender System
For fast installation, fiber optic cabling reels with 6- or 12-fiber MPO connectors feature a fiber cable pulling eye on one end that also protects fibers during installation.

Pre-Loaded RIC3 Enclosures
