The Siemon Company Sets the Style in China for IT Cabling

Watertown, CT — Siemon China and Carl Siemon, President, The Siemon Company, hosted the 2000 Vogue Classic Press Conference and Reception in Beijing on March 2, 2000. The conference was held to promote The Siemon Company's 2000 products, programs and plans in China.
The Vogue Classic Press Conference & Reception was held in the Ming ballroom of the Hilton Hotel in Beijing. High-ranking officials from the Chinese government, as well as delegates from the American and Italian Embassies were on hand to hear speeches from The Siemon Company's President, Carl Siemon and from Remo Perna, President of the G.T.R Fashion Group. Highlights of Carl's presentation included Siemon's System 6SM solution, the SYSTEM 7® "TERA™" solution, fiber to the desktop (FTTD) products, and the Total Building Integration Cabling (TBICSM) system. He also emphasized The Siemon Company's global technology leadership in IT cabling and recognized the excellent accomplishments of the Siemon China team.
Following the speeches, G.T.R. Fashion Group, one of the top five Italian fashion companies, presented a fashion show. They displayed the latest trends in men and women's fashions for the new millenium. The show reinforced The Siemon Company's image as a high profile, high performance, high quality, designer and manufacturer of IT cabling systems.
Over forty media reporters in China deemed the conference and fashion show a success. The event reinforced The Siemon Company's dedication to China, as well as The Siemon Company's commitment to delivering the highest bandwidth cabling solutions in the world.
