Speakers

Valerie Rybinski

@ Valerie Rybinski first joined Siemon in 1990 and currently holds the position of Global Sales Engineer. Valerie received her B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Connecticut and her expertise is focused in the fields of balanced twisted-pair and fiber optic telecommunications cabling, connecting hardware, and cables.

 Valerie actively participates in working groups responsible for the development and publication of telecommunications standards such TIA/EIA-568-B, TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1 (category 6), and proposed TIA/EIA-568-B.2-10 (augmented category 6). She is the vice-chair of the TIA TR-42.7 copper cabling sub-committee and TIA TR-42 appointed liaison to IEEE 802.3. In addition, Valerie is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. She has authored over 40 technical articles and engineering papers and holds one U.S. Patent.

Brad Duce
Brad has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. His founding in the data industry is solid, seasoned by experience from a contracting and engineering background. Post tertiary studies and relevant experience led to General Management of Communications cabling organizations and  ultimately to where he is now as the Education and Technical Services Manager for Siemon Australia.

Brad operated his own consultancy and project management business that specialized in Data Centre and Structured Cabling design and Project Management. Brad is a part of the Siemon Research & Development Team and is currently a member of CECRP/WC18 which is the working committee rewriting the mandatory Australian Standards, AS/ACIF S008 and S009. He is often called upon to present new technology informational seminars for his organization and at industry forums throughout the world.
